What Poshlister is
Poshlister is a listing assistant: it turns your photos and voice notes into draft marketplace listings and can pre-fill Poshmark's create-listing form in your browser. You review every listing and publish it yourself. Poshlister never publishes anything on your behalf.
Independence
Poshlister is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Poshmark, Inc. "Poshmark" is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe compatibility.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of every listing you publish, including complying with Poshmark's own terms.
- Listings are drafted by an AI model from your photos and notes; review them before publishing. AI output can contain mistakes.
- Only list items you have the right to sell. Keep your account credentials to yourself — Poshlister never asks for your Poshmark password.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe, with a listing allowance that resets each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues through the period you've paid for. If you believe you were billed in error, email us and we'll make it right.
Fair use and termination
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automation against our API, resale of access, unlawful content). You can delete your items at any time; deleting your data on request is covered in the privacy policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim. We are not responsible for actions Poshmark takes regarding your account; marketplaces may change their sites or policies at any time, which can affect features.
