What we collect
- Account: your email address, used to sign you in (we email you a link — there are no passwords) and for service messages.
- Your items: the photos and voice notes you capture, their transcripts, and the listings generated from them. They are stored privately, namespaced to your account, and are never shown to other users.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, never your card number.
- Usage counts: how many listings you've generated, to enforce plan limits.
How your content is processed
To generate a listing, your item's photos and voice-note transcript are sent to our AI providers: Anthropic (listing text) and Deepgram (speech-to-text). They process the content to provide the service. Sign-in emails are delivered by Resend. Hosting and storage run on Vercel. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
The Chrome extension
The Poshlister browser extension stores two values on your device: your Poshlister server address and your personal access code (the credential that identifies your Poshlister account — you can rotate it anytime from your account page). It uses them to fetch your own ready-to-list items and photos. The extension does not collect your browsing history, does not read or collect content from Poshmark pages (it only fills the create-listing form), and sends no data anywhere except to your Poshlister account. It contains no analytics or tracking.
What we never collect
Your Poshmark password or account credentials — neither the app nor the extension ever asks for them. Poshlister itself has no passwords at all; you sign in by emailed link.
Retention and deletion
Deleting an item permanently removes its photos, audio, and listing data from storage. To delete your entire account and its data, email us and we'll complete it within 30 days.
