What we collect
- Account: your email address, used to sign you in (we email you a link — there are no passwords) and for service messages.
- Your items: the photos and voice notes you capture, their transcripts, and the listings generated from them. They are stored privately, namespaced to your account, and are never shown to other users.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, never your card number.
- Usage counts: how many listings you've generated, to enforce plan limits.
How your content is processed
To generate a listing, your item's photos and voice-note transcript are sent to our AI providers: Anthropic (listing text) and Deepgram (speech-to-text). They process the content to provide the service. Sign-in emails are delivered by Resend. Hosting and storage run on Vercel. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
What we never collect
Your Poshmark password or account credentials. The Chrome extension fills the listing form in your own browser session and talks only to Poshlister using a code you can rotate from your account page.
Retention and deletion
Deleting an item permanently removes its photos, audio, and listing data from storage. To delete your entire account and its data, email us and we'll complete it within 30 days.
